Refund policy
At Heartfelt Creations Candle Co., LLC, every product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
If approved, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
If you wish to return an unused, unopened item for reasons other than damage or an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, appearance, and fragrance are normal and are not considered defects.
